Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, this page explains how to return it.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel. After that, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags attached. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is needed to inspect it.

How to return

  • Email hello@lockedinuk.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • We will reply with the return address and any further steps.
  • Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been issued.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional days to appear.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover return postage and either replace the item or refund you in full. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear or items marked "final sale" unless they are faulty.
